Appointment Duration

• The initial consultation will last 45 minutes.
• Treatment appointments can vary between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending
  on the specific treatment provided.

Consultation and Deposit Fees

• Both consultation and deposit fees are non-refundable.
• These fees will be credited towards the cost of any treatment booked within 28
  days of the consultation.

Booking Information

• Consultations are booked exclusively via email at
  info@busacchioaesthetics.com.
• Treatment appointments can be scheduled through the online booking system
  available on our website.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to amend your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
• We are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests with less than 72 hours’
  notice.
• Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Appointment Confirmation and Forms

• Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email containing
  medical forms labelled “Aesthetics Nurse Software.”
• These forms may occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check
  those folders carefully.
• All forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure
  your safety and well-being.

Late Arrivals and Incomplete Forms

• If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not completed the required forms,
  we regret that we will not be able to proceed with your appointment.
• This policy is in place to ensure a high standard of care for all our patients and to
  avoid rushing procedures that may carry higher risks.

Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines

• Before and after treatment, we recommend avoiding alcohol, strenuous exercise,
  and anti-inflammatory medications such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, or Nurofen for 24
  hours.
• Any exceptions to this should be discussed with Marina during your consultation
  and may require prior prescription or approval.

Review Appointments

• A review appointment may be offered post-treatment if necessary.
• For facial toxin injections, the ideal time for a review is between 2-4 weeks after
  treatment.
• For filler treatments, reviews should be scheduled between 3-6 weeks, as
  discussed during your consultation.
